Course Information
The 5K course is a single scenic loop that starts and finishes at the La Crosse weather station on County Road FA.
- Course Markings: Pink flags, clear signs, and directional arrows at all intersections.

Course Description
1. Prairie Section
- About 1 mile of gentle rolling hills
- Runs along the tree line
- Minimal rocks and roots—perfect for a strong start and finish
2. Singletrack Trails
- The core of the course
- Groomed dirt paths with occasional roots and rocks
- Rolling hills with some steeper climbs and descents
- Leaves cleared to reveal safe footing
3. Aby’s Hill
- The shortest and steepest section—just ¼ mile
- 250 feet of elevation gain
- The most challenging and memorable part of the race
- A true badge of honor for finishers!
Race Day Schedule
- 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM: Packet pick-up and check-in
- 9:00 AM: Race Start
- 10:00 AM: Awards Ceremony (Inside the yellow and white tent at start/finish area)
Awards & Age Groups
Awards will be given to the top finishers in each of the following age groups:
- 0–14
- 15–18
- 19–29
- 30–39
- 40–49
- 50–59
- 60–69
- 70+
