Course Overview

The 10K features a single scenic loop beginning and ending at the La Crosse weather station on County Road FA.

Course Description

Fast & Flowing Start

Kick things off with a fun section of trail built in Spring 2018—expect banked turns, quick descents, and a valley climb that sets the tone for the race.

Prairie Section

  • Rolling terrain at the forest edge
  • Mild technicality: some rocks and roots
  • A breezy intro and finish to your loop

Singletrack Section

  • The heart of the course
  • Packed dirt, twisty trails, and varied elevation
  • Expect roots, rocks, and leaf-cleared paths
  • Plenty of ups, downs, and gorgeous views

Extended Loop for Full Distance

This 10K loop includes the full 5K course and an additional loop to complete the full 10K challenge—more variety, more beauty, more trail to love.

Race Day Schedule

  • 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM: Packet pick-up and check-in
  • 9:00 AM: Race Start
  • 11:00 AM: Race Cut-Off

Awards & Age Groups

Awards will be presented at 10:00 AM in the yellow and white tent near the start/finish.

Top finishers in the following age groups will be recognized:
